Kuching, July 5, 2018 - The Agricultural Development Communication Skills Course is a knowledge transfer session conducted by University Community Transformation Centre (UCTC UPM). This knowledge transfer session was held at Hotel Grand Continental, Kuching today.
A total of 22 Malaysian Pepper Board officers were involved in the course; which aims to enhance participants' understanding of concepts, principles and ethics of extension in the development of local communities. The transfer of knowledge has also opened up the mind and increased professionalism among the participants in the field of practice at work and in the field.
